Our MP, Leo Docherty, has released his latest e-Bulletin, in which he reflects on a busy month in both the Aldershot constituency and Parliament.
Looking back on the month, Leo said:
This month I was pleased to support the Chancellor's Budget, which will see the average worker pay £900 less per year in National Insurance - more details on this and other measures below.
"It has been another busy month in the constituency, where I visited a wide range of local organisations such as the Garrison, Farnborough Hill Girls' School and Lynchford Road, which has finally reopened after many months of extensive roadworks. More on this and other things I've been up to below!
"Finally, I was honoured to be appointed Minister of State for the Armed Forces at the Ministry of Defence this month, and I am looking forward to making a positive contribution to our fantastic Armed Forces!"
