Service personnel and their families may not be receiving the level of service they deserve under new accommodation contracts.
I've been working with Ministers at the Ministry of Defence - as well as contractors Pinnacle and VIVO directly - to help resolve problems affecting individual homes and wider issues like street lighting.
If you live in Service Families Accommodation locally, do ensure all issues are logged directly with Pinnacle Service Families. If you have a longstanding or urgent repair that is yet to be resolved, please do contact my office so that I can escalate it for you. My team supported Garrison HQ's Housing Clinic earlier this month, and will be joining them again on Wednesday 15 February between 4-7pm at the Garrison Community Hub on Alanbrooke Road, Aldershot - no appointments necessary, just drop-by and meet the contractors.
