Southwood Country Park's new café, Chalk in the Park, is now open for business!
The independent, family-friendly café, which is part of the country park's field centre in Ively Road, Farnborough, is now open seven days a week, from 8am to 5pm.
The new children's playground alongside is already proving a big hit with families and includes a tree house and zip wires, as well as swings and a roundabout accessible for children of all abilities.
The field centre itself opens early next month and dog walkers will be delighted to hear that a dog wash facility will be up and running by the end of March too.
The café is planning a variety of seasonal events throughout the year, including an Easter egg hunt and a summer fair.
